MICHAEL KELLY: When Kaiser members have a problem with their HMO, they need to find a lawyer who understands the Kaiser arbitration system. When Kaiser members call our firm, they need help. And when they call our firm, they don't want to talk to a secretary or a clerk or an intake person, they want to talk to a lawyer.

At Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger, we take care of Kaiser members. When they call with a problem, they are interviewed by a lawyer. When they email us with a question, a lawyer responds.

That means if we are successful we get paid according to California law. If we are not successful, the injured Kaiser member pays nothing.
